The cavities have been rust proofed and the car professionally painted in its original Grand Prix white. This Carrera has also been subtly upgraded over the years to enhance the driving experience, including a front brake upgrade to 4 pot callipers and cross drilled discs, Bilstein shocks on all four corners, Yokohama AD08 RS Tyres fitted in 2020, Dansk stainless sports exhaust and SSI heat exchangers, front strut brace, Momo Prototipo steering wheel and Porsche horn push. In 2019 the seat inserts were professionally re-upholstered in the red/ blue Maclachlan tartan that was optional on the Turbo model of the same year. The heating system has been completely overhauled and is now all working as it should. The last service was a major carried out in March 2022 by Octane Garage with £1,700 spent in total. Over £20,000 has been spent on maintenance and restoration over the past 12 years and the car has covered less than 12,000 miles in the period. This is a well known car in the Porsche Club GB, it has been exhibited on the Porsche Club stand at the NEC classic car show in 2009 and 2014, it also took part in the 50th Anniversary parade at Silverstone. There are 2 large folders full of invoices, receipts and plaques detailing the cars history and the original owners manuals, service book, tool kit and compressor are all present. The current MOT is valid until June 2023 with no advisories. There are some light stone chips and small marks in the paintwork now, conducive with a car thats been used, however these could be easily rectified and the car remains particularly solid. Overall a very smart, usable  example of the classic 3.2 with great history, documented restoration work and sensible mileage.
