L’Amour Automobile offers for sale this magnificent and very special Porsche 996 Turbo in a very rare Meridian Grey shade known for its pinkish highlights. Its all-leather interior is very well preserved. Of Italian origin, it has had just two owners and a total of 109,000 kilometers. The car was tuned by Motorsport Italia to increase its power to 597 hp at 40,000 km, and continues to perform wonderfully on the road.

INTERIOR

The leather on the seats, steering wheel, gear lever and dashboard is in excellent condition, with no scratches or tears. The plastics are also well preserved. The center console is in rare as-new condition.
Everything works.

EXTERIOR

The exterior is just as well preserved as the interior. The color shows beautiful reflections and there are no dents or scratches. Only the front bumper may show a few gravel impacts, inevitable on the road. The wheels are in very good condition.

In 2008, the engine was tuned at Motorsport Italy to increase horsepower from 420 to 597:

* Replacement of the turbochargers by larger models
* Replacement of the charge exchangers
* Replacement of the engine ECU
* Replacement of the complete exhaust system by a CECAM Sport model in stainless steel with « racing » catalytic converters
* Replacement of the clutch by a reinforced one
* Replacement of the flywheel by a lightened one
* Installation of Bilstein B6 springs and dampers
* Replacement of the air filter
* Replacement of the front and rear braking system by that of a 996 GT3 Cup.

This preparation in no way affects the car’s reliability and safety. On the one hand, power has been considerably increased, but on the other, the car has been strengthened accordingly: clutch, dampers, braking… The car is assiduously maintained in the Porsche network and runs perfectly. The gearbox is precise and smooth. Handling is improved by the shock absorbers, and the sound is raw.
