The second owner purchased this 911 from the same dealer (The Auto Gallery) with 2,125 miles on June 6, 2012, as a Porsche Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Since then, the 911 has always received routine maintenance from Porsche Downtown Los Angeles. On October 28, 2016, Wheel Enhancement installed four (4) Bridgestone Potenza tires that were mounted, balanced, and received a 4-wheel alignment. Most recently on November 30, 2021, at 30,178 miles, Porsche Downtown Los Angeles performed a 30K-mile maintenance which includes replacing pollen & air filters, engine drive belt, spark plugs, fuel additive, cleaning out water drains & air intakes, top off all the fluids, checked the brakes, belts, tires, and airbags. Under the second owner’s stewardship, this 997.2 was entered in the PCA Concours events. Due to the countless hours of painstaking detailing and preparation for the events, this 911 was able to live a very pampered life. It was shown in 2015 and twice in 2019 where it earned a score of 129 out of 130 points every year entered. It is also currently featured on the PCA LA website home page.

Powered by a horizontally opposed 3.6L 6-cylinder engine outputting 345 hp with 288 lb/ft torque paired to 6-speed manual transmission with a dual mass flywheel and four-wheel disc braking system.
