The 997.2 C4S’ Forte: It’s the final iteration of the 911’s iconic svelte and « right-sized » silhouette (with the 991 and now 992 911s, this is lost), an accompanying wide-body on an already slender form along with the iconic rear reflector tail light bar, a multi-plate clutch AWD system derived from the 997 Turbo, enlarged rear-rotors that are cooled by underbody-located dual NACA ducts, the factory issued Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) system (aids in intensifying the already scalpel-like handling characteristics), and lastly, the updated interior components and the 9A1 DFI flat-six engine that are both shared with the 991 911. The 997.2 C4S is the ultimate marriage of things « borrowed » from a new generation, yet still retaining the old ideologies of what makes a 911, a 911.
