2008 Porsche 911 Carrera S (PDK) in Basalt Black Metallic for sale!

In Porsche 997s this is of course the version you want; the MK 2 in Carrera ‘S’ spec with PDK. Almost 400hp under your foot and that only on the rear wheels; fun factor guaranteed 🙂 The MK2 was not just a facelift, with the 7-speed PDK transmission it was an absolute game-changer for 2009, allowing for lightning-fast gear changes and acceleration. In addition, the 3.8 engine was really renewed, every part was thoroughly addressed and direct gasoline injection was applied. The new bigger bore of 102mm was combined with a much shorter stroke of 77.5mm, (vs. 87.5mm in the 3.6) and that makes this 3.8 Liter feel like a completely different 911. With the 420 Nm of torque already at 4200 rpm, a moment on the gas and overtaking becomes a true relief.

Our 997.2 is an original Dutch car and is in immaculate condition. The full Porsche dealer / specialist history is known and the maintenance book and spare keys are present. The 911 is equipped with the Sport Chrono package which provides even more driving pleasure, and the 7-speed PDK can be nicely operated manually on the steering wheel if desired. Sharp on the edge in sport or sport-plus mode when traffic allows, but also wonderfully comfortable as a GT for those longer drives.

The deep Basalt black metallic and black leather interior with dark alcantara headliner make it an imposing presence and again differences from the earlier 997 range are evident. More timeless looks, Bi-xenon, LED daytime running lights and 19″ wheels form a whole that even today cannot be distinguished from new. The carrera is also equipped with electrically adjustable sports seats, sunroof to enjoy that wonderful sound, parking sensors, cruise control, trip computer, climate control, navigation system, sound system with CD player, (PCM) Communication System, Porsche Stability Management (PSM), Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and much more of course. The car has a SCM Class 3 Alarm and a Lo-Jack auto tracking system.

The interior is like new and there are no bare buttons or switches. There has never been smoking in this Porsche. The headliner is finished in dark alcantara. A very complete and perfectly maintained damage free Porsche.
