As the second generation 911 to bear the GT3 nameplate, the 997-generation 911 GT3 would continue the illustrious history of Porsche’s performance-oriented lineup by further pushing the envelope to deliver the greatest possible driving experience. Retaining many of the timeless design elements of the 911 while showcasing a range of aerodynamic improvements, a more aggressive front bumper with larger air intakes provides enhanced cooling and downforce, and a revised rear wing provides additional stability at high speeds. In true Porsche fashion these aerodynamic enhancements not only improved the car’s performance but also added to its visual appeal.

Powered by a 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine rated at 435 horsepower, a smooth shifting six-speed manual transmission and rear wheel drive require total driver engagement. Featuring new dynamic engine mounts, improved driving dynamics and stability are achieved thanks to this system’s reduction in vibration and movement of inert masses in the engine, which automatically modifies the stiffness and damping of the engine mounts. Equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), this technology ensures a responsive drive and superior handling while also allowing for many crucial settings for height, camber, toe angle, and the anti-roll bars on the front and rear axles to be adjusted.

Delivered new to Porsche of Burlington in Burlington, Massachusetts, this remarkably well-documented 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 was delivered to its original owner in April of 2010. Equipped with optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), Front Axle Lifting System, and Dynamic Engine Mounts in addition to many standard features, which provide an incredibly usable and thrilling driving experience. Clearly a dedicated Porsche enthusiast, the first owner was very fastidious in his record-keeping, retaining correspondence with the dealership and Porsche North America as well as nearly all of the documents obtained throughout the buying process.
