Importantly, all of the usual concerns associated with the 997 have been professionally addressed over the years. The clutch was replaced by Precision Porsche at 47,000 miles in 2020. The troublesome crossover coolant pipes were replaced in 2022, and a low temperature thermostat was installed at the same time. The A/C condensers, tandem oil pump, water pump, and alternator have all also been renewed in recent years. A Dansk stainless steel sports exhaust has been fitted and sounds fantastic, complemented by H&R lowering springs and wheel spacers for improved stance and handling. The top mounts, bearings and bump stops have also been replaced. The car rides on recently refurbished 19 inch wheels wrapped in premium Michelin Pilot Sport tyres all dated 2023.

In 2021, the entire car was ceramic coated and the front end was protected with PPF, a £2,500 investment in preserving its condition. The interior remains clean and unmodified, with the exception of a Pioneer DAB stereo upgrade. The original PCM unit is included with the sale. Benefiting from heated seats and extended leather interior with alcantara headlining.
