For us, the 997 is our favorite modern 911. Let’s start with the beating heart; the atmospheric 3.8 liter (because S) boxer. As soon as you start her, you catch yourself smiling. The driving is also real driving. The latest 992 can drive any respective -home, garden and kitchen father hard. Straight ahead and through corners, no problem. The 997.1 really makes you work as a driver. Do you underestimate her? Then she bites. We at DTM like that too!
