This offered EU-spec Porsche 911 “G” 3.2 Targa was originally delivered in 1987 and was finished in the beautiful yet sporty “Indischrot”. Optionally came: air conditioning, electric windows, Turbo wing, fuchs wheels and a full leather interior. This example finds itselfs in a general beautiful condition, and on top of that, it drives like new. In addition to the iconic lines that the Targa version of the Porsche 911 “G” series offers, you can also enjoy an open-air concert that’s been composed by the air-cooled boxer-6 engine. The engine starts immediately, runs smoothly and the well-known G50 gearbox shifts perfectly. This Porsche is “ready to go” for countless kilometers without any problems!

We can’t help ourselves thinking of the Porsche 911 when it comes to thoroughbred sports cars . This enormous Porsche-success-story has set standards for sports cars ever since the ‘60s and that is no different today. Due to the strict reglementations on roll-over the American government introduced, it was almost impossible for Porsche in the 1960s-70s to export topless variants of their most successful sports car to the US. Porsche already had a solution fort his problem. With a steel roll bar and a removable roof, Porsche managed to combine the safety of a coupé and the driving pleasure of a convertible. The Targa caused a huge sensation, the demand was so huge, that, even after the rollover-legislation eased, Porsche continued to build Targas. The steel rollbar became part of the iconic lines that define the Porsche 911, and it’s still noticable today if we look to the 992 Targa!
