When Porsche made the famous 911

Carrera RS for racing they had to fit the homologation requirement of at least 500 road going examples. 1,580. were made. These were the first 911’s with the RS (Rennsport) designation. However if you lived in the USA the 2.7L racing spec RS wasnt available. But 6 examples were made by Peter Gregg and his team at Brumos Porsche. For six select US customer Gregg and his team took brand new 911S models and built them to RS specs. Brumos was a factory dealer and had done most of work developing the RS spec racing version here in the US.

This is 1 of 6. Silver/black. With an unbroken chain of ownership and factory documents signed by Peter Gregg himself detailing the work completed. This is 1 of 2 known manuals. Available for sale from the Tyler Collection, this car still retains the original 2.7L built by Brumos and the original interior. Showing 105K original miles she is in perfect condition.
