1975 Porsche 911 S 

Swedish-delivered 911 Targa with a newly renovated engine with matching number. The renovation was carried out by Stockholm’s Porsche specialists Vogel. The odometer reading shows 28,415 km.

In connection with the model year 1974, the body design of the Porsche 911 was significantly redesigned for the first time. In addition to a Coupe and a Targa version, there was also a Cabriolet version available from model year 1983.

Het voertuig in detail

The most prominent feature of this 911 generation is the raised bumper design with black plastic bellows. Between the taillights on the G models, there is a red panel and a red or black Porsche logo, depending on the model year. The rear license plate is surrounded by two large rubber bumpers with integrated license plate lighting. The raised bumpers with bellows on the G models were the result of stricter type approval regulations in the USA. After these rules were introduced, bumpers had to be able to absorb impacts in collisions with a fixed obstacle at speeds of up to 8 km/h without damaging the bodywork.

The flat-six 2.7-liter engine on the 911 S had an output of 175 hp.
