If you were to take a school class of childern and ask them to draw a sportscar, most of the images you would get would proberbly resemble a 911 or atleast remind you of one. A shape that has been with us since the 60’s, enhanced and refined over time but still to this day it what most people think of as a sportscar. And with good reason. The feel of a 911 is unmatched in the market and the platform offers everything from a focused GT3 to a tourqy Turbo S. Some variants are of course more special than others and one of those for us is the 991.2 Carrera T. A simple recepy on paper but it truly is a car that is more than the sum of its parts.

The car shares alot with the base model but borrows some elements from its big brothers to almost match the weight of the GT3. And when it comes to speed and driving pleasure nothing enhanches the experience more that the absense of weight. “More power makes you faster in a straight line but less weight makes you faster everywere” a wise man once said. And i be damned if he wasnt right about that. The Carrera T offers a scaled back, pure driving experience. This example even is scaled back and toned down in its exterior. Solid black paint with just the grey highlihts that is the mark of the Carrera T.

Open the drivers door and you are met with a suprisinglly comfy interior. If you know your light weight Porsches, you know albout carbon seats and mechanical noises on the inside. Not so here. Sport seats covered in beautiful pinstripe in red with matching belts and doorpulls. A simple yet beautiful place to be, built to be driven.

Low milage and few owners makes this the perfect example for any driver.
