Like-new 2014 911 (991.1) 50th Anniversary in Geyser Grey Metallic over a 50th Anniversary specific ‘Classic’ houndstooth interior.   ~11k km / ~6900 miles.  This is car # 1284 of 1963 units produced, one of an estimated 50 delivered to Canada (with less than half being Geyser Grey, and even fewer being a manual).   Sold new from Pfaff Porsche in Toronto, then relocated to the east coast with its original owner in 2016.   The car is original in every aspect and free of any major imperfections whatsoever.  Full front PPF from new.  Full PPI and major service done this summer at Porsche.  The car is free of imperfections – looks, smells, and drives as new.   Clean carfax, all original paint, absolutely no stories.

Most 50th Anniversary cars were heavily optioned far above the standard configuration when new, making this particular 50th Anniversary is an unusual anomaly, given that it has almost no optional extras – spec’d to be as ‘focused’ of a sports car as possible, even the sunroof was removed.   The 911-50 does still come with most important options ticked as standard.

The 911-50 is essentially based on a 991.1 Carrera S (the GTS wasn’t out yet and followed shortly after), spiced up with a host of interesting performance and cosmetic enhancements to honour the 50th Anniversary of the Porsche 911, most notably the wider bodywork and X51 powerkit of the C4S and GTS models.  Anniversary specific Fuchs wheels, special houndstooth/full leather interior, standard sport exhaust, a variety of interesting styling cues, a bunch of small items that when combined provide a unique and interesting experienced compared to a standard Carrera.  Essentially a RWD, manual transmission, wide-body, 430hp naturally aspirated driver-focused 911.

Approximately 75% of these 50th Anniversary cars were delivered with a PDK automatic transmission, making it especially unusual to find one with a stick.  This is the very last of the naturally aspirated Carrera models and presents a far more engaging experience than its successors.   No disappointments with this one, the car has lived in a bubble its whole life.
