The interior follows the same path with options and equipment that were never really available. The best example is the roll bar which is of course covered in leather. Roll bar was not an option in the Turbo cars but Porsche ‘Special wishes’ better known as the Sonderwunch department made this option possible. So also the rather odd detail that the car comes with three seats. Two sports seats which are illustrated in the pictures but also a shell chair in the same lipstick red leather and lacquered back.Once in place, you constantly notice new details in the interior which are unique and in many cases covered in leather. controls for mirrors. chairs grille in fan exhaust and so much more is draped in red leather. And what’s not covered in leather…is lacquered. This is without a doubt the most unique 996 Turbo we have come across and a definite collector’s item.
