The reason for the sale of my beautiful 997.2 C4S is the need for more space in business (it brakes my heart!).
Although the car was first delivered in UAE, it came to Germany in 2022, was sold to Spain where I bought it in July 2023. I imported the car into Germany and executed TÜV (valid through Dec. 2025).
Maintenance in the UAE/Spain period was strictly executed by Porsche Center(s), all invoices available.
The car (still) is my daily driver, I drove 45.000km to date.
Since I own the car, the following maintenance works were done, partly by Porsche Classic Center and partly by a Porsche Specialist, all invoices available:

• Every 10.000km: oil change and oil filter new
• PDK complete overhaul at 147.500km
• 6 sparkplugs new at 148.500kms
• 2 lambda sensors (L+R catalyzer „in“), 148.500km
• new generator at 169.300km
• L+R oil seal and oil change front transmission at 172.600km
• new brake pedal switch (signal to PDK), 174.000km
• 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport „N2″code at 175.000km
• Rear lights and reflector replaced by new 177.000km (due to vandalism, no other damage!)
• 189.500km: new L+R front wishbones

The total cost of maintenance works since purchase (July 2023) over € 17.500.
The car is in very good condition and is fit for many more kms with the „genuine Porsche“ driving pleasure!
