This Black Olive Targa is unique not only because of its color, but also because of its roof design. No fiddling with panels that had to be removed by hand—instead, a roof that folds away elegantly. Try opening the roof (remotely) in front of a crowded terrace; admiring glances are guaranteed.
Interesting to know: ‘Targa’ is a registered trademark of Porsche and may therefore not be used by other brands. The term was coined by Porsche in 1965 and is derived from the Targa Florio race. The 911 Targa is therefore the one and only true Targa.
Technical details:
This model is the fastest version of the 991 Targa, the GTS. Moreover, this is the MKII. That means this Targa delivers a whopping 450 hp and 550 Nm of torque. Thanks to all-wheel drive, PDK, and Launch Control, it reaches 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. This puts the 3.0-liter 991 Targa on par with a 997 Turbo.
With the GTS, you get all the extras that make the 991 Carrera even sportier. These include the Sport Chrono Package, a sports exhaust, active dampers (PASM), and dynamic engine mounts (PADM). This car is also equipped with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus.
Exterior:
The Targa has original paint in the PTS color Dark Olive; this paint is truly stunning and was an option costing nearly 15,000 euros at the time . Aside from some minor stone chips on the front hood, the car looks like new. The 20-inch satin black Turbo S wheels suit it very well, and the rear-axle steering turns a sharp corner into a gentle one!
Interior:
The interior is like new; thanks to the extensive leather package—including leather on the steering wheel hub, a leather GT Sport steering wheel, and Porsche crests on the headrests—the Targa exudes luxury. All Alcantara parts have been replaced with leather. Furthermore, the equipment is very comprehensive; see below...
History:
Originally delivered in the Netherlands, this Targa has had all maintenance performed by Porsche Centers. Delivery includes 1 year of Porsche Approved coverage through March 2027, excluding maintenance.
