PORSCHE 911 S 2.4 Coupe 1972/1973
Completely rebuild 1973 model 2.4 l 911 S. Engine and Gearbox rebuild, new interior, new paint and full overhaul of all mechanical and electrical parts. Matching numbers engine, correct gearbox and fully original specification with new ZF type limited slip differential.
Originally a French car with quite well documented 126 Tkm and well known ownership history in France and Belgium. Part restoration in Belgium and then repaint and full overhoul by Carrera Classic in Finland. The car has yellow main lights and Cibie Pallas driving lights to respect its French origins. The engine lid has also the correct Sonauto dealer badge. It has correct driver documentation, tools and tyre compressor. It is in overall excellent condition with Classic Data evaluation 1- (Scale 1-5). The car is in Finnish Veteran Vehicle Register with FIVA passport. The car was was driven by Total911 Magazine in 2015.
The new 2.4 liter fuel injection engine was introduced in 911 for the model year 1972 in the new F –series and gave a power increase from 180 bhp to 190 bhp. The new front spoiler was introduced in 1972 and was standard for S and option for the other models. This new spoiler improved the stability of the car considerably. In total there were 1430 911 S Coupe cars build for the model year 1973.
