The original Kardex shows several spicy, interesting, and rare options including:
*Aluminum Doors
*Rollbar
*Alloy/Steel Wheels
*60mm Spyder Brakes
*Limited Slip Differential
*8,000 RPM GT Tachometer
We believe the following options to be original-to-the-car although they are not listed on the Kardex:
*Les Leston Wood/Alloy 904 Steering Wheel
*Original GT Exhaust/Muffler
Other lovable features include:
*Plexiglas Windows
*GT Seats and Interior (Recently refreshed by legendary Porsche Interior Specialist, Thomas Pocius)
*GHE GT Stone Guards on the headlights
The car is a good, fun-running, and driving example. Along the way it was repainted in Ivory and the current engine is an AT Austach Exchange Engine swapped in after the original engine likely caught fire while racing in the 1960’s. It is currently fitted with standard front brakes and the wheels are from Tecnomagnesio. The limited slip differential is not currently installed but is included and the driver’s door was replaced but an aluminum skin is also included in the sale. The body retains the perfect chassis number, ID plate, secret number on the passenger door A pillar, and the decklid also retains its correct VIN number stamping. The original Signal Red color can be seen in several spots around the body and is consistent with the Kardex reflecting it as the original color.
This is a very rare chance to own a factory race pedigree 356, one with several GT options including the mother of all GT options, the roll bar!
This GT can continue to be enjoyed as it is or would be a great basis for an eventual restoration to its factory Signal Red and race history glory. Thanks!

This is not one of the 14 super 90 GT cars from the 1960 my, but a GT 356 ordered for Brumos Jacksonvilles race clientelle.
