This beautiful convertible in red with a black leather interior was built in 1965 and is originally from the US. The car drives, brakes, and shifts well. It is equipped with the original disk brakes on all 4 wheels that was only present on the 356C, which was the latest and most developed model of the 356. In the same year (1965) the first model of the 911 was introduced.
The car shows 4,487 miles on the clock. It is equipped with a new fuel tank and comes with a more powerful 912 4-cylinder 616/36 engine with 90hp. It starts right up and drives and shifts, however a general inspection/service would be beneficial for the car and recommended before driving it on the road.
It can also be delivered with a period-correct engine, to match the 356 character with which it was originally delivered in 1965.
Currently with USA title, and EU importdocuments. VAT is paid.
