The front axle brake was converted to an original Porsche 944 brake system including steering knuckles with separate front and rear brake circuits (original parts are available). Inside, Speedster seats (metal replica), a domed Luisi steering wheel, and 4-point seat belts provide support. The gearshift was modified to make the 4-speed transmission even more precise. Over the years, the vehicle has been optimized in terms of lightweight construction. Everything that is not necessary for driving has been removed. For safety reasons, a battery emergency switch and a fire extinguisher device have been added in the passenger footwell.
Over the years, the 356 has had various engine and transmission setups. Currently, an original Porsche 356 engine with approx. 85 hp is working in the rear – powerful, reliable, and with a classic boxer sound.
The vehicle has H registration, TÜV until 03/2027 without defects, and has been part of a private collection for around 20 years. It has been used regularly for trips, rallies, and amateur events – including the Copenhagen City Race (65ers Group) and GLP races at the Nürburgring.
Whether on country roads, in regularity races, or in everyday use, this 356 is a truly unique vehicle offering the ultimate in purist driving pleasure.
This beautiful 356 is being offered on behalf of a customer.
