In the final year of production of the so-called G model series, the car was delivered to its first owner on June 15, 1989, as part of a factory delivery. For almost 25 years, the car has been owned by its current owner from Swabia, who also purchased the car in 2003 from a Porsche enthusiast from Randstadt. The history of all previous owners is fully documented in the original vehicle registration documents. Although this seems impossible, according to the expert opinion, more than 95% of the paintwork on the vehicle, which is still in its original delivery condition, is the original factory paint, and according to the paint layer measurement, only the side panel on the driver's side shows higher values.
No other work or damage to the bodywork has been documented or is visible. The car has a total mileage of 100,870 kilometers, making it one of the few original WTL vehicles that originated in Germany and has a documented history and low mileage. The car was regularly serviced and driven by its knowledgeable previous owners and was professionally stored during the winter months. A total of 16 stamps are noted in the maintenance booklet. Since 2002, the vehicle has been serviced on average every three years at the same company. The vehicle was last serviced in November 2025. We have had several 911 3.2 Carrera models in outstanding condition, but we have not often seen such a rare and exceptional example ourselves.
The special equipment is also interesting, as the rare sports seats for the driver and front passenger were selected as extras ex works. Seat heating and a sports steering wheel were also added.
The complete collector's package includes the logbook, as well as the key and tool set, which is still in unused and partly original sealed condition.
Thanks to ongoing maintenance, the vehicle has been kept in above-average condition over the years. The car is therefore in a very well-maintained, original and still largely immaculate collector's condition and has been serviced and maintained throughout.
Conclusion: For many Porsche enthusiasts, the late 3.2 series is the 911 model with the most exciting combination of traditional form and already modern technology, including the popular G50 transmission. Especially in the rare WTL Cabriolet variant, this model series is particularly attractive and desirable.
This German 911 3.2 Werksturbolook Cabriolet with option code M491, with its well-documented history, mileage, and nearly complete original paintwork, is a rare opportunity for any Porsche enthusiast to purchase one of the most beautiful and desirable vehicles on the market.
