The Porsche 911 Dakar is one of the most distinctive interpretations of the modern 911. Created to take the 911 beyond conventional tarmac, it combines the performance of the 992 generation with increased ground clearance, all-terrain tyres and a specially developed chassis setup. The result is a 911 with a completely different character, while retaining the performance and usability expected from the model.

This 2023 example is finished in GT Silver over a black leather interior. It is a particularly understated specification for the Dakar, allowing the model-specific details and raised stance to define its appearance. The car was delivered new in the Netherlands and has remained with its first and only owner from new. With 12,400 km, it remains completely in its first paint and is presented in very good condition.

EVO perhaps captured the appeal of the 911 Dakar best, describing how it has the bandwidth to tackle “long motorway slogs, park up in a city, blitz a mountain road” and then continue beyond the tarmac. That breadth of ability is what makes the Dakar such an unusual 911. It is not simply a raised 992 or an exercise in design, but a car that genuinely opens up opportunities that would be out of reach in most conventional 911s. EVO ultimately concluded that it is “a car that deserves to have miles put on it, rather than stay put in a collection.”

The specification of this example complements that versatility particularly well. Highlights include the lightweight carbon roof and 18-way Adaptive Sports Seats Plus with memory and heating, together with the Burmester High-End Surround Sound System. Tinted LED Matrix headlights with PDLS Plus, carbon exterior mirror trims, Race-Tex interior details and the Porsche Design Subsecond Clock provide further finishing touches without detracting from the purposeful character of the Dakar.

The car was recently serviced in May 2026 and is accompanied by everything supplied with it from the factory. Importantly, this example is offered as a VAT car rather than a margin vehicle, with VAT deductible where applicable.
