- Engine overhaul and associated work:
- Engine overhaul with installation of high-compression Mahle pistons and cylinders to EU specification with approx. 204 hp output, new camshafts and all parts in the course of an engine overhaul (overhaul of cylinder heads, valve guides, bearing shells, etc.)
- Overhaul of the ignition distributor, the HKZ, ignition coil and new engine wiring harness
- Warm-up regulator overhauled
- Overhaul of the flow divider of the K-Jetronic and adjustment on the test bench
- All injection nozzles and associated seals replaced
- Conversion to hydraulic chain tensioner
- Complete intake harness renewed (vacuum hoses, air filter box etc.)
- Installation of new clutch, starter motor and flywheel etc.
- New oil cooler on the engine
- All engine panels sandblasted and powder-coated black
- New alternator
- General visual upgrade of various engine parts (restoration of fan wheel etc.)
- Adjustment and tuning of the engine
- Exhaust system:
- New SSI heat exchanger and Dansk stainless steel sports muffler with TÜV certification
- Wide-band lamp sensor with optimized control unit installed (engine can run with or without lamp sensor operation, as desired)
- Gearbox revision:
- Revision of the 915 gearbox
- the mileage is read off and corresponds to the kilometers of the engine overhaul!!!
