Introduced at the 1993 Geneva Motor Show, the Porsche 911 Turbo 3.6 represented the ultimate evolution of the 964 generation and a final, thunderous salute to the traditional rear-wheel-drive Turbo. While its predecessor utilized the aging 3.3-liter unit, this definitive version finally received the powerplant it deserved: the M64/50, a 3.6-liter turbocharged flat-six producing a staggering 360 horsepower and 520 Nm of torque.

Engineered for those who demanded both presence and performance, the Turbo 3.6 was distinguished by its widened “Turbo” bodywork, iconic “tea tray” rear spoiler, and the debut of the 18-inch three-piece Speedline wheels. Behind those polished rims sat the legendary “Big Red” four-piston calipers, providing the massive stopping power necessary for a machine capable of sprinting from 0–100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds.
