When Porsche updated their Targa models in 2014 it was a nod back to the retro 70′ & 80’s style with the domed rear window and brushed metal roll over bar. This time though there was no faffing about manually removing and folding the Targa panel. The new system was completely automated from either in the car or directly from the key fob, the rear window lifting gracefully backwards, enveloping the Targa section before neatly settling back in place. It’s fascinating to watch, absolute poetry in motion.
