The maintenance booklet indicates that the GT3 was subject to yearly servicing from 2007-2016 and was completed by Momentum Porsche in Houston, Texas. On August 24, 2017, at 27,970 miles, Koby Motors, Inc in Houston, Texas performed a pre-purchase inspection for the current owner. The results of the pre-purchase inspection revealed that the GT3 was a very clean example with no signs of cosmetic or structural damage.
