We have never had any complaints about the seating comfort of the luxurious 4-seater Sport Turismo. However, the perfectionists at Porsche always see room for improvement: at the front of the black leather interior, genuine comfort seats are mounted. These, like the seats in the 2nd row, feature seat heating. In the front, the seats also feature seat ventilation. All fine, but the position behind the heated steering wheel remains a favorite. True, you then have less time and opportunity on the road to marvel at gorgeous trim details like the high-end high-gloss black interior package with silver aluminum trim and matching floor carpets. Let alone opening the electric sun blinds to sit quietly peering upward through the panoramic roof. On the other hand, you have full access to systems like Lane Change Assist, Lane Keep Assist, Park Assist including Surround View Camera and Porsche InnoDrive. It is very questionable whether the soundproof Privacy Glass manages to sufficiently muffle the solid Bose High-end Sound sounds i.c.w. Digital Radio. On the other hand: the sports exhaust system will effortlessly drown out whatever melody is heard. What a party!

// Technology
The 7.2 kW Onboard charger is one of the few aspects that betrays that this is not just a luxury Porsche GT with merciless hybrid power. Putting all 472 horses and 700 Newton meters to work equals an acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. Through 8 automatic gears, the blown 2.9L V6 manages to reach a magical top speed of 280 km/h. At least as impressive as the straight-line speed is the grip and comfort in corners. It’s a biggie as the all-wheel-drive Sport Turismo 4 E-Hybrid makes its way through even the tightest curves. Or you choose to wholly electric 50 km to “quietly whiz from A to B… Well. This is and always has been a real Porsche. Lucky.
