In bodywork the car is in perfect condition. The alignments are very good, the paint is beautiful and well stretched. Mechanically, the car works perfectly. The engine (non-matching but of good quality) has been completely rebuilt and slightly upgraded to S specifications, the car developing more than 150 hp than the original 130 hp. The gearbox is perfectly *lee and runs very well.

The restoration file of the car is complete with many pictures and restoration invoices.  Trade-in and financing possible.

History:

At the 1963 Frankfurt Motor Show, Porsche unveiled its prototype n°5, christened « 901 ». But at the official launch of its new GT in October 1964, Porsche will rename them 911 because Peugeot had already filed all the names in three digits with a 0 in the middle.
Thus, at the end of 1964, the first 911s will be marketed, equipped with a 6-cylinder of 1991 cc developing 130 hp. The weight of the car is contained at 1080 kilos. The first series of 911, known as Program 0, was produced until July 1967, with a production sequence rising in time and an overall production of less than 8,000 cars.
The first 911s are the famous short chassis (SWB) with a wheelbase of 2211 mm, which will be increased to 2268 mm in August 1967. Many aesthetic details are specific to the first 911s. At first glance, the headlights are not the same, the grids are fixed by 4 screws, the wipers are oriented to the right, the door handles are specific, the Porsche writing is tightened and gilded, the 911 logo is on the bottom right of the rear trunk, …

The rims are 4.5 inch wide and 15 inch diameter steel wheels with 165/80/15 tires. They can optionally receive a central color logo and on another free option they can be chrome plated.

Interior is also specific to the first 911 with the wooden dashboard, green meters, wooden steering wheel, specific rear seats, …

The month of October 1966 will see the appearance of the S (Super) version developing 160 hp and the month of December the appearance of the Targa version.
