1975 Porsche 911 US Carrera Coupe

One-owner U.S. Carrera Coupe with only 17,535 miles. Original paint finished in Peru Red (042) with Black/Blue upholstery. According to the original Sales Order Agreement from Stoddard Imported Cars, Inc. in Willoughby, Ohio. This Carrera was first sold to Mr. Earley in Dover, Ohio on July 3, 1975. Options from the factory include Stereo Speakers, Electric Sunroof, Gold Side Lettering, AM/FM Stereo & Cassette with record feature, Air Conditioning, Rustproofing, and I.Q. Headlights.

The Peru Red paintwork is original and presents as new, exhibiting excellent gaps and panel fit. The upholstery is also all original and is well-preserved, showcasing the original leather and vinyl surfaces. The cabin features the original 3-spoke leather-wrapped VDM steering wheel, VDO instrumentation, air conditioning, and original Blaupunkt cassette radio. The staggered 7” and 8” Fuchs wheels have been refinished and are mounted to new Pirelli Cinturato CN36 185 70R15 front and 215 60R15 rear tires. As a result of the low mileage, the undercarriage remains entirely original.

Powered by the original 2.7-liter flat six-cylinder engine, producing 175hp, mated to a manual 5-speed transmission (type 915) with four-wheel disc brakes. In August 2023, European Collectibles had the opportunity to acquire this remarkable preservation class 911 from its initial owner.

Following the acquisition, the vehicle underwent a thorough mechanical service, including an oil and oil filter change, replaced the brake hoses, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, belts (smog, A/C, and fan), battery, valve cover gaskets, and lower valve covers. The sway bar bushing and ignition points were replaced, the timing was adjusted, tested and calibrated the CIS fuel pressure, installation of new rear shocks, repair of the hand throttle, and installation of a new air box pop-off valve. The sunroof underwent maintenance involving the installation of new cables, seals, and felts. Lastly, the air conditioning system was equipped with a new compressor and dryer.

The Carrera is accompanied by the original invoice, purchase order, two sets of keys, and a comprehensive service history. A unique opportunity to enquire an impeccably original Carrera, offered in its original color scheme with exceedingly low miles.
