The first owner originally purchased the GT3 from Niello Porsche in Sacramento, California, and had the vehicle delivered to Houston, Texas. The maintenance booklet indicates that the GT3 was subject to yearly servicing from 2007-2016 and was completed by Momentum Porsche in Houston, Texas. On August 24, 2017, at 27,970 miles, Koby Motors, Inc in Houston, Texas performed a pre-purchase inspection for the current owner. The results of the pre-purchase inspection revealed that the GT3 was a very clean example with no signs of cosmetic or structural damage. After the GT3 was given a clean bill of health, the current and 4th owner, commissioned Koby Motors to do the following: Install a new clutch kit, install a new flywheel, replace the rear main seal, spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter, oil filter, fuel filter, and reset P/C/M which totaled to $5,777.61. Most recently, Koncept Motorwurks in Agoura Hills, California, performed a full service and replaced the drive belt at 30,556 miles.

The Meteor Gray paintwork is in superb condition and is all original paint with a 3M protective paint film on the front nose. The interior features bolstered seats trimmed in black leather and Alcantara. Additional equipment includes automatic climate control with air conditioning, an Alcantara headliner, cruise control, and a factory stereo. The naturally aspirated and water-cooled flat-six displaces 3.6 liters and features a 12:1 compression ratio as well as an 8,400-rpm redline to produce 415 horsepower at 7,600 rpm and 300 lb-ft at 5,500 rpm when new. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. Complete will all dealer supplements, owner’s manual, maintenance booklet, clean Carfax, and detailed service history from the date of purchase.
