Down below we find the iconic 18″ Hollowspoke Turbotwist wheels, here shod in fresh Pirelli rubber. The interior provides a strong contrast to the somewhat sober exterior and it is here in particular that ‘Sonderwunch’ has had to assist with the options. Here the color palette is red. More specifically, Flamenco Red. And a few cows have probably been used to cover this interior. Everything is covered in leather. Even things you didn’t think could be covered in leather. For example, the back of the light controls and windshield wipers behind the steering wheel. But also the entrance, the phone and almost everything is in Flamenco Red. The small exceptions that exist are instead in the car’s exterior color and the whole means that the inside of this 996 Turbo is completely different from what you are used to. Another unusual option is the lack of a sunroof, something that was remarkable in 2002 and today is hugely sought after.
