2014 Porsche 991 C4S PDK for sale UK!
Only the third entirely new platform since the original 911 launched, the 991 launched in 2011 as a replacement for the 997 generation. The 991 was slightly larger overall, the wheelbase was increased by 100mm and the overall length by 70mm. A newly developed transaxle allowed the rear wheels to be moved 76mm back from the engine which significantly improved the weight distribution and therefore cornering performance. Use of high strength steel, aluminium and composites reduced the curb weight to 1,380kg. The updates and weight reductions make the 991 generation vehicles lively and refreshing to drive.
