Condition and technology
The completely overhauled engine in particular gives this substantially very good Targa another big plus point. But that's not all: new Bilstein shock absorbers, various new or overhauled brake components, and the new fuel tank are further important arguments for reliability and lasting driving pleasure. The appearance is also impressive—both inside and out. The original 7- and 8-inch Fuchs wheels also fit the bill.
History and model history
This "SuperCarrera" Targa was built for the US and came to Germany many years ago from the rather dry state of Arizona. Here, it was driven and maintained with great care.
In general, it can be said about the "SC" that, with the introduction of this model designation by the manufacturer, it was given the fairly stable engine block of the Turbo. The rear wheel arches, which are slightly extended, also distinguish the SC from the narrow predecessor models 911 S with 2.7-liter engines.
