Porsche 356 A 1600

Nevada Title. According to the listing on eBay on 01/09/2012 in the USA, the car was always in one hand. In spring 2012 the car was imported to Germany and registered in Nuremberg. In the fall, the owner had to return the car for personal reasons. The Porsche changed among our customers and was registered in Cologne, it is still in this hands today. The owner has many other classic Porsches, however this was his favorite – he drove it a lot and has great praise for the reliability and looks of this 356. The owner had the technology completely overhauled by our network.

2012: Engine inspection, clutch renewed, carburetor revision, lubrication service, brake fluid change.

2013: Service, brakes completely revised.

2016: Complete engine overhaul, displacement increased to 1680 ccm, revise brakes, revise axles/chassis.

2016: Maintenance service after engine break-in. Steering gear revised.

2017: Brakes checked, brake fluid change, lubrication service, engine adjustments, starter renewed. Transmission completely revised.

2018: Interior partially processed, front seats revised and reupholstered, new spring core, leather in the original color red.

2021: Comprehensive service work including cavity preservation and revision of the brake system

Work carried out on the body in the USA (at least 15 years ago, without documents): Underbody largely freed from the old underbody protection (remnants still present). Substance largely original. Welding work carried out, as far as recognizable: partial replacement of the spare wheel pan, jacking point, small sheet metal on the floor panel, lower door edges at least machined, possibly welded door panel (exact definition after disassembly). All seams sealed on the underbody, underbody protection applied, cavities sealed. Paint completely redone. These works date back a long time and are recognizable by signs of wear and age.

Good to very good body substance. Lacquer in good condition with minor signs of age and wear. Interior largely original and well preserved, pleasant patina. Seats (leather) and carpeting renewed in correct material. Attachments, decorative parts and rubber parts in good condition with patina, partly aged. Technology very good, revised by excellent professionals.
