1965 Porsche 356C Cabriolet
Please note that the car may be in external storage, so please call before a viewing. One of the most iconic chapters in Porsche history is offered here – a beautiful and rarely well-preserved Porsche 356 C Cabriolet from 1965, a matching numbers example with original color combination and a documented history. The Porsche 356 C was the last and most refined version of the legendary 356 series – the car where Porsche’s sports car adventure really began. With its improved brakes, fine driving characteristics and timeless lines, the 356 C Cabriolet is a sought-after collector’s items today. This car was delivered new in the USA, where it remained until 1988, when Swedish Ingmar Johnsson imported it to Sweden. He began an extensive renovation, which was completed in 1998. The previous Danish owner bought the car from Ingmar’s wife in late 2019, and in 2020 the car was imported to Denmark, where the odometer read 88,000 km. Between 2020 and 2022 the car underwent a complete professional renovation carried out by Porsche specialists in Denmark.
