The vehicle in detail

In the fall of 1973, Porsche presented the G-series. The increase in engine capacity in the top model Carrera 2.7 was impressively noticeable. The car accelerated to 100 kph in 6.3 seconds and only stopped at 240 kph: racing for the road! The 2.7-liter boxer engine was replaced by the 3.0-liter engine in 1976 because the sharp RS could not meet the new emissions standards. The Targa model, which was only produced in small numbers, is very rare and highly sought-after today.
