The vehicle in detail

This 1989 Porsche Carrera 3.2 comes with a well-documented history, including details on all three previous owners.

Engine and gearbox is of course matching numbers, so it features the desirable G50 gearbox and the 231 hp engine. The car still sits on the original Fuchs wheels wrapped in new Michelin Pilot Sport tires.

The service book is complete with regular stamps and invoices, covering the vehicle’s entire history.

Over the last 10+ years, it has been meticulously serviced by the Danish Porsche specialist, Porsche Centrum Faxe. Significant work includes an engine rebuild at 230,000km and a complete repaint in the original color at 240,000 km in 2021, during which any rust, including a spot under the left headlight, was addressed, rendering the car rust-free. A new soft top and several rubber parts where installed during the same time.

Recent maintenance efforts include the installation of new OEM shock absorbers at 247.000 km and an oil change 2,000 km ago.

Minor upgrades have been made. A new front lip to match the existing rear wing installed by the original owner, a DANSK 1-in-1-out sports exhaust for a refined sound, a modern Blaupunkt SQR 46 radio with Bluetooth, and a new audio system with speakers front and rear, including a subwoofer under the front seat.
