Porsche 911 “RS Lightweight” Recration
Very well built and nice car rebuilt to mimic the iconic RS 2.7 from 1973, based on a 1978 Porsche 911 SC. The restoration and construction is made of Abcar Oldtimers and is created with a clear goal – to recreate the feel, appearance and character of the legendary Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 Lightweight.
The result is a car that combines classic look with a much more engaging and sporty driving feel. The body that has first become completely sheet metal is converted into the correct 1973 specification and lacquered in the beautiful and classic color Signal Yellow. After the thorough renovation, the car has only rolled just over 550 miles.
Under the engine hatch sits a fully renovated 3.0-liter engine with upgraded performance, along with a chassis carefully adapted for the lower weight and sportier character of the car. With about 220-230 hp and a weight around 1 050 kg, this will be a very direct and analog Porsche experience.
