The engine was completely restored at the Porsche Center in Hanover in 2022. The engine block halves were precisely aligned, all leaks were eliminated, and almost all components—including the Mahle cylinders—were replaced.Since the overhaul, the engine has covered 30,000 km and runs smoothly, dry, and powerfully. Original Porsche invoices are available for all work.Vehicle with matching numbers – engine and transmission correspond to the original delivery.

The entire chassis was renewed in 2024:
