This Porsche 914/6 was registered for traffic on 27.04.1970.
The known history of the vehicle goes back to 1990.
Since then, the Porsche has been in the hands of the previous owner, who drove the car for over 25 years.
In addition to older documents, we also have the old vehicle registration document from this period. This shows that the car was regularly registered and deregistered in the 1990s, presumably as a purely seasonal vehicle.
In 2015, the current owner acquired the Porsche from the previous owner. As he wanted to drive the 914 in a sporty manner, the car underwent a complete technical restoration in 2018.
To this end, the vehicle was placed in the hands of Porsche experts Karosserie-Stimming in Bad Segeberg. Here, particular emphasis was placed on eliminating typical 914 weaknesses.
The contemporary improvements to the cooling system, for example, are worth mentioning. In addition to optimized air ducts on the engine floor and the conversion of the rear lid to GT specification, the oil cooler was also repaired.
This was followed by the overhaul of the engine compartment and the installation of the revised unit from Rugen-Motoren. As a result, the vehicle no longer requires any maintenance.
For all other technical work, please refer to the list below and the vehicle exposé available to us.
The only downside is the bright red paintwork. The vehicle was fully galvanized by the previous owner and therefore has no typical rust problems. However, the paintwork is of inferior quality and structurally poor at close range in various places. Please refer to the detailed photos in our exposé.
