When the 991-generation 911 R was announced in 2016, enthusiasts immediately fell in love with its sensational combination of performance, drivability, and enthusiast-oriented design. Further, a six-speed manual was made available for enthusiasts who had been clamoring for a third pedal. Finally, a new “Touring” package was offered, inspired by the R. Like that car, the 991.2-generation GT3 Touring was only available with a manual and is immediately recognizable due to its lack of rear wing.
