Technology & Performance. The 992 Carrera 4S is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged six-cylinder boxer engine producing 450 pk and 530 Nm of torque. Maximum torque is available between 2,300 and 5,000 rpm. The engine is paired with the 8-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung and the Carrera 4S’s permanent all-wheel drive. With the Sport Chrono Package installed, the Carrera 4S accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds. It takes 12.4 seconds to go from 0 to 200 km/h, and the top speed is 306 km/h.

The combination of all-wheel drive, PTV Plus, PASM, dynamic engine mounts, and Sport Chrono makes this 4S exceptionally well-rounded in terms of driving dynamics. The all-wheel drive system provides additional traction, while PTV Plus actively distributes drive power to the rear wheels.
