1994 Porsche 911 (993) Carrera Coupé — an early European-market, air-cooled 911 finished in a deep, elegant metallic blue, with the classic narrow-body silhouette, 17-inch Porsche alloy wheels and red brake calipers.
An early-production European 993 Carrera presented in an exceptionally attractive dark metallic blue. The 993 represents one of the most significant chapters in the history of the Porsche 911: the final air-cooled generation and the culmination of decades of development of Porsche’s original sports-car formula. Introduced for the 1994 model year, the 993 brought a new multi-link rear suspension, more refined aerodynamics and substantially improved driving dynamics while retaining the character of the legendary air-cooled flat-six. It is a Porsche from the moment just before the 911 entered the modern era — sophisticated enough to be genuinely usable, yet still retaining the mechanical personality for which the air-cooled cars are celebrated.
