The Porsche 911 Carrera 2 of the 993 generation represents the final evolution of the classic air-cooled 911. Introduced for the 1994 model year, the 993 retained the unmistakable character of its predecessors while bringing significant improvements to the chassis, suspension and overall refinement. Today, it is regarded as one of the most desirable generations of the 911, combining traditional air-cooled engineering with genuine everyday usability.

At its heart is Porsche’s naturally aspirated 3.6-litre M64 flat-six, producing 272 hp and paired in this example with the highly desirable six-speed manual transmission. Power is delivered exclusively to the rear wheels, giving the Carrera 2 the light and direct character that has made it a particular favourite among enthusiasts.

This 1995 Carrera 2 is finished in the elegant combination of Polar Silver Metallic over Classic Grey leather. The car presents in very nice and largely original condition, with the understated silver exterior beautifully complementing the light interior. It is currently fitted with 18-inch Turbo Twist wheels, while the original Cup wheels remain with the car and are included in the sale.

The car was first registered in February 1995 and has been in Finland since 2008. It has had only two owners in Finland and retains its original service book together with the car’s service history and documentation.

With its naturally aspirated air-cooled flat-six, six-speed manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive and timeless Polar Silver specification, this Carrera 2 represents the 993 in one of its purest forms.
