The body of the 993, which has already been completely repainted, is presented in classic silver, and the current owner's attitude rules out an accident. He also bought the vehicle as accident-free at the time. Only a few minor damages can be seen from the car's all-round beautiful paint condition: There is minor damage on the rear apron under the bumper, which according to the seller comes from parking. There are no deficits on the front apron, and there is no rust on the entire body. The third brake light should be noted as a modification on the exterior, otherwise the exterior of the 911 is completely original.
Michelin tires, which according to the owner have been driven 10,000 kilometers since their purchase in 2017, are mounted on 17-inch Porsche five-spoke alloy wheels. The 993 has 205/50 tires on the front axle and 255/40 tires on the rear axle. The disc brakes, which are perforated all around, can be attested to be in an acceptable condition, there are obviously no serious defects in the chassis.
The interior design has hardly changed compared to the predecessor 964, among other things, the steering wheel and the seats have been slightly revised. This 993 has blue full leather sports seats that show some patina. There are no complaints about chafed side bolsters or sagging seat cushions. There is no damage to be found in the interior, the steering wheel is not particularly worn, only the gear knob is losing some of the color on the leather. In addition to the fully functional Targa roof, the equipment of the 993 Targa also includes power steering, central locking, electric windows, electrically adjustable seats, air conditioning, ABS and a Becker Traffic Pro radio with integrated navigation.
As is typical for Porsche, the round instruments are arranged in the cockpit: the speedometer shows a mileage of 87,340 kilometers. This mileage can be traced via a partially maintained checkbook and various documents. The instruments in the interior are fully functional.
The six-cylinder boxer engine produces 286 hp from a displacement of 3.6 liters, the gears are engaged via a 6-speed manual gearbox and passed on to the rear axle, which is equipped with a limited-slip differential. A last maintenance was carried out in December 2021, according to the owner, there are no technical defects. The sealing of the Targa roof and the interior blinds are recent repairs: According to the seller, these are now absolutely Kärcher-tight. The condition of the underbody is in accordance with the mileage: There are apparently no negative abnormalities on the underside of the Porsche 993 Targa.
