The 993 Targa was unique in the way that it kept the design line of a coupe car. This was due to the glass targa roof, which retracted below the rear window and was no longer removed from the car when the roof was opend. The 993 Targa model was only build in a C2 version.

This excellent 1996 Porsche 993 Targa was brought back to Germany in 2008 from an Audi executive, who owned that car at that time. He worked in the US at that time and brought the car back as a personal resettelment good. Since then the car had 3 owners in Germany. The car is accident free and all original paint, except the front hood. The front hood was repainted once, due to scratches. The in interior is flawless and all original. At app. 120.000 KM a full engine rebuild was done by the Porsche specialist Jens Hatje Porsche Service, invoice is available upon request. In the spring of 2026 the car received 4 brand new tires from Michelin. At this point the the car is in perfect working order and needs absolutely nothing!!
