Highlights

  • German Delivery - 3 Owners in Munich Area

Chassis 370582 was delivered new via Porsche Munich in May 1998 in Ocean Blue Metallic over a Light Grey leather interior with blue upper dash and steering wheel.

The original tasteful specification included options like heated seats with driver’s lumbar support and draped leather front and rear seats and embroidered headrests. Unusually the car was not fitted with a sunroof.

The vehicle in detail

The car’s first owner was a doctor living in Oberhaching, just south of Munich and early service stamps show a run of main dealer services in Munich (1999 – 19,934km and again in 2000 at 42,148 km) then in Inglostadt (2002 – 63,748 km). In around 2003 the car suffered damage to the rear driver’s side which is believed to have caused when stationary at a set of traffic lights, which is not recorded in insurance records.

The second owner was also a doctor in southern Munich, and the current owner acquired the car in 2013. More recent servicing has been carried out by an independent mechanic, with a written summary of routine maintenance. The car has been partially repainted during its life and today shows just over 80,000 km.

Finding lower mileage examples of the 993 Turbo is becoming increasingly hard, and as the car approaches its 25th birthday values are likely to increase in the coming years as American buyers can import European examples.
