No fabric roof disturbs the lines of the Carrera Cabrio, and the original Porsche color "Jungle Green Metallic" looks very elegant. The current owner does not know whether the Porsche's bodywork has been repainted, but he states that the 911 in his possession has been driven without accident. Apart from slight scratches on the front fender on the driver's side, there are no inconsistencies in the paintwork. The gap dimensions are even and the black soft top is in crack-free condition. Only the rear window shows damage in the lower right-hand corner, so it would be advisable to have it re-glued. There are no modifications to the bodywork.
Porsche GT3 alloy wheels in age-appropriate and normal condition adorn the exterior, together with Pirelli P Zero tires in good condition. Perforated brakes ensure good braking performance; these are in TÜV-compliant condition and the pads were replaced at 59,500 kilometers. There are no deviations from the original condition on the chassis; the springs on the front axle were replaced in 2017.
The interior features black full leather seats in very good condition, with no cracks or worn seat bolsters. The steering wheel and gear knob are also in good condition. The only deviation from the original condition in the interior is the Kenwood accessory radio. This has a navigation function and also features a hands-free system. After consultation with the owner, the original Porsche parts are still available and will of course be included. After breaking down the additional equipment codes, the following features can be listed, among others: aluminum dials, seat heating on both sides, headlight cleaning system, 3-spoke steering wheel, traction control, sound package, wind deflector, Litronic headlights (xenon), and an on-board computer. In addition, a hardtop in the same color as the car is available.
Aluminum dials adorn the dashboard with its characteristically arranged five round instruments. The mileage of 73,178 km can be verified by various documents, and a service log is also available. The last service was recorded at 59,339 km, including a brake fluid change. All instruments in the interior function without any problems.
The six-cylinder water-cooled boxer engine in the rear of the 996 Carrera Cabrio has a displacement of 3.4 liters and generates an output of 300 hp. Gear changes are performed using a 6-speed manual transmission. There are no known technical defects. The last oil change was carried out in August 2021, and the flap exhaust was replaced at 52,000 km, with receipts available. In addition, the battery was recently replaced with a new one.
There is no visible damage to the underbody, and in general, the underside of the Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet appears to be in good condition.
