The Porsche 997 GT2 offered on behalf of a customer stands out somewhat from the large number of examples otherwise available on the market:
This is not a vehicle in mint collector's condition, rather this example was successfully used for what it was intended.
Delivered to its first owner in Munich in 2008, the then fastest 911 of all time was used for active racing in the Porsche Sportscup - until its use was ended by an accident in 2010. By then, the successful GT2 had already claimed several podium finishes. The Porsche specialist T&R from Stuhr took care of a professional repair. In May 2012, with 23,000 kilometers on the clock, the GT2 was transferred to its second owner, who used the car normally. In May 2015, the change to the current owner took place, who acquired the GT2 with 57,000 km on the clock and also used it again occasionally on the racetrack, but enjoyed it much more on winding country roads.
Thanks to the naturally available road approval, this GT2 with the Clubsport package and its optimum set-up (including steel brakes) offers perfect driving pleasure even off the racetrack, or of course on the way there. Anyone looking for the perfect imperfect GT2 for active fun will definitely find it with this model.
To summarize:
- Not a collector's car
- the perfect driving machine
- perfect for trackdays
- very fair price offer
