The vehicle in detail

The interior is in remarkable condition. The carbon-fiber bucket seats from the Carrera GT show no signs of wear and tear, reflecting the care taken with this example. The dashboard, center console, and various controls are in impeccable condition. The steering wheel, gearshift knob, and parking brake lever are perfectly preserved. The door panels, as well as the door sills, are also in excellent condition, contributing to the overall impression of a particularly well-maintained vehicle.

The Metallic White exterior perfectly highlights the flared fenders, the GT3-specific bumper, and the imposing rear wing—true hallmarks of this generation. The bodywork exhibits excellent uniformity and reflects the care this vehicle has received since it was new.

Introduced in 2006, the 997 GT3 carries on the legacy of Porsche’s road-legal models while drawing directly on the brand’s experience in motorsports. True to the philosophy pioneered by the legendary 996 GT3, it prioritizes driving precision, lightness, and mechanical feedback above all else. Under its rear hood sits the legendary naturally aspirated 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six engine, producing 415 chevaux at 7,600 tr/min. A direct descendant of the engines that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans, this engine is now considered one of the best ever produced by Porsche. Devoid of direct injection, a turbocharger, or a particulate filter, it offers instant throttle response, a blistering rev range up to 8,400 rpm, and a sound that has become iconic. Unlike more recent generations, this GT3 retains a six-speed manual transmission, a mechanical limited-slip differential, and hydraulic steering with remarkable precision. Every kilometer reminds you why this generation is now considered one of the most authentic GT3s ever produced.
